turbo help

hi guys what turbo would be best from this place listed below to run on a 13b. I am building the motor and having the rear housing bridge ported and front housing half bridge port, i am running a microtech LT10S.
I am using the car for drifting and everyday but i am not worried how it drives on the road i just want it good for drifting.

You should really buy a real turbo instead of one of those paper weights. Look into Garrett or borg warner.

^^^ garret makes good turbos for all their applications. get a garret and i think hes right about the porting. kinda seems like they should be even to distribute better.

If you are going to buy from there this would be my choice:

http://www.pcpa.com.au/index.php?mai...15e9747bff56ff

as far as your porting: A half bridge is where you put an eyebrow on the front and rear housings (secondary ports) a full bridge is when you put an eyebrow on all the ports. Although there is at least one person on this site running the eyebrows on just the primaries, which you could still call a "half bridge" since only half the motor is bridged.

**** I am looking at this again and there specs are all messed up.
GT35 .63 Front and .70 Rear (T4 Flange
# Turbo Housing: .63AR
# Compressor Housing: .70AR
# Flange Type: T3

See the problem here is at the top it says .63 front and .70 rear but below in the specs it says the compressor housing is a .70 a/r and the turbo housing (rear) is a .63 WTF!??

if the hotside is a .63a/r that is wwwaaayy to small for a rotary much less a bridged rotary. Event if the hotside is a .70 still tooo small.

That is why I said the other one......because the hotside is a 1.0 a/r which is about where you want to be. As F'd up as the specs are I would not buy from them at all

My turbo is a Ebay thing and they called it a TSo4.....hhrrrmm well its not. And the specs they listed make it a 60 trim but they say it is a 57 trim. I wish I had bought a different one but it was only 200 bux so what the hell.
I would not worry about the flange you can get an adapter.

There are TONS of posts on turbo selections out here on the forum. You need to set a power goal and more importantly what kind or power curve do you want. I am really wanting a 62-1

go get a 60-1 or 62-1 with .70a/r on front and a 1.0 on the rear boost will end up being about 15psi........bam 400hp or better.
