its strange..I only have tierod 7mm spacers and stock tierods.. I think this is around what a maxed out rack should be with stock knuckles.. It doesnt even touch the sway bar or lower arm. Because of the fatty 30mm spacer on a 17x10 +12 wheel with 235/45s

it feels looks like its alot already lol. But I still want more, I always hit lock at the track and dreamt of more! someday salvation will come!

Haha yeah probably.. I've not even looked.

I bought the car 2 weeks ago and have spend over 3k on parts just to do with suspension, angle, interior saftey, huge weld in cage, body kit etc. I have 3 weeks left to build the car to full competition spec.

the tyres/wheels left on her atm are the ones i bought the car with.. I have the following to go on..

17x10 et35 on rear.. probably a 235/40/17
17x9.5 et 12 on the front probably a 225/40 or 224/xx

but I need to get the spacers off my old 240sx which is being broken..

that was last seasons ride.

I should have the front fenders on so i can use my spacers etc and see what i need to bash the crap out of for more lock.

I also had my first practice day in the car and the first day on the new engine in fact. She survived!! which is main thing, but I had some miiigghty loud bangs from the back and also was hitting the front arches..

more hammering i think.

join the club! You have broken your diff mounts ! or if you lucky, its just the nuts are loose on the rear diff mounts.. Yeah I have this all too familiar problem.. when I shift hard to bangs, or even downshifting and clutch kickin..

like not throwing low offset rims and huuge spacer to keep it away from the swaybars?
I know it looks stuupid with spacers etc. I found out that insted of pushing the wheel out oyu can make a spacer for the S4 arm. It wont work on s5 since it doesnt got a screws for the end-link(name please?)

Eye candy joint with megan racing next to stock garbagola so you can grasp the concept of "max angle from THE RACK".

This picture doesn't do the kit justice b/c i have an absurd amount of toe in i have to zero out. I dunno what happened. I lined everything up with the stock rods, set my camber as far negative as it would go (that might have done it) on my camber plates and have retarded toe!

I'll fix it some time this week. I'm off the next 3 days.

Meh, i fix. fix. It can go more than pictured but not much more. Gotta fix the toe.

need opinions on how to handle this problem.

modified knuckles, m-trix spacers and spherical joints. 8.5x17 -6 wheels. **** clears lca but is running into the lower subframe near the rear. its pretty stout metal right there and doesnt move well with a hammer so i was thinking that i would need to cut it but i dont like how close the subframe bolts will be after i remove that much material.. anyone else have similar problems? what did you do?

If it were me, i'd run a spacer if i couldn't beat more clearance out of it with a 5lb hammer..... If that doesn't work, i'd cut as a last resort.

where ever its shiny inside your wheel well, **** it up with a hammer.. spray grey primer on it, then drive again and wherever is still shiny keep hammering away those spots..

No there is nothing out there, for a couple of reasons, one they use to different tie rods (one ps sized the other manual specific) Two, the manual tie rod side of the rack can only gain about 1.5mm more travel, while the other side is about 10mm so you will have different steering angles per side, best option is to find a ps rack.

this will not fail. 3 layers of welds straight across the lateral side.. Almost 2xthicker than the stock knuckle, and alot shorter.. Damnit Iwanted to install these today and drift with em at the track tnite, but I lost my front lugnut key, ****.. I guess Il get to try em out next week! The pictures are progress pics... the first pics is first layer of weld, then last is third..

stock..
I took a huge bodyshop sledge hammer to the end link hole ring and smacked it a few times, and damn the welds are immortal, its strong. I wanted to make sure while driving on the freeway the knuckles wont fail on me, my life depends on this ! lol cant wait to put em on...

if you have steering spacers on, i'd take them out. knuckles + spacers = rub city most of the time. especially with the wack tire sizes you run lol...<3

i was installing them this friday, and ran into a problem, the stock tierod end link hits the brake rotor because its kind of fat? lol. Looks like Il need the mazdatrix angle kit to work with my knuckles. so this will be postponed until I have $$ to get the angle kit from mazdatrixx

yeah before welding I had the dust shield on it to double check. The knuckle doesnt hit the brake rotor, its just the stock tierod ends are really wide. I just didnt put the tierod in to check before welding, its just hitting alil. With the mazdatrix setup it should for sure fit. so yeah pattieennceee...
I modded a spare pair of knuckles I had, so what in my car is still stock.
