The OFFICIAL post pics of your Drift Car thread:
^not stock, but not ideal. been waiting for the money tree so I can get some coilovers, but right now I've got racing beat springs, kyb adjustables, and tien adjustable camber plates. i want something stiffer and lower, but i got a hellova deal on my current setup (like 300 for all the parts- barley used) and it was better than the worn out stock parts.

That really sucks ilia. I watched the vid a couple times. Im in the same boat as you (not as bad but my FC is temporarily out of commission). How bad is the damage? I got a new door and a whole new subframe/rear end (including a arms, lateral links, hubs) and my car is back to driving like normal...the quarter pannel is still messed up, but it wont look as bad when I throw overfenders and full aero on there (hopefully). What are your plans with the car in the pic?
I'm in the carolinas. I'll hook you up with a bare bones shell. Windsheild included. Also have a subframe if you hosed yours. Also free. Gas prices are down so you have is excuse not to come to south cack and rescue this shell from the powah of the all mighty sawzall. Swap vins and you're golden. I didn't have a title with mine when i got it from the junkyard.
You guys are seriously AWESOME for offering me stuff like that, I really really appreciate it! I should be picking up a new chassis this weekend actually... and it's a complete T2!! I'm super excited, as I've been on this NA car for two years now, and the 70hp thing was getting kind of lame at times.
Turbo 2, I'll try to take some pictures tomorrow, but it's pretty damn bad. The driver's side frame rail is like two inches higher than the passenger side, and only comes back into line halfway down the car. The strut tower is much higher on that side as well, and the subframe shifted on it's mounts. That's just what I can gather from looking at the thing from a distance, I haven't even tried unbolting anything yet, haha.
I'm really excited to build this Turbo car for next year, only I have no money to do it with, and no place to put it together. That makes it more exciting though, right?! If I miss the first event next season, I'll be pissed.

i would rather have my fc stuff but its not practical right now if i want to drive next season
yea i guess since it is a v-mount there wouldnt be much of a prob
I've seen just as many people total their cars on the street as on the track, it's really not relevant where it happened. Anyway, if you're not driving it hard enough to wreck it, you're not driving it hard enough.

i picked up a new project. ill post more pics when i get further along with it
oh and slide alliance... i was probably 10 feet away from you lol.
