My friend i used to work with did powdercoating for two years right? He helped me sand and shoot primer on my car the other day and i showed him this pic (wheels were shopped by him after the fact). I was like "i need to stand out yet have it clean at the same time. Maybe change the wheel colors b/c i'm really digging gloss black on the body and dont think i'll change my mind on it"

Obviously, we chose purple b/c everything else looked shitty. THe og gunmetal looks good but w/e. I can get my battles powdercoated this color cheap so yeah. Do it?

anyways, im in a bit of a dilemma.

i have the full m sports that came with the m sports front but gp sides and gp rear. honestly i hate the gp rears and would hate myself if i ever put those on but if i have to put em on whatever.

anyone here think an m sports front with gp sides go with a shine diffuser?

M sports with gp skirts and rear will look FINE. The front end doesn't flare out nearly as much as say bn or uras. If it comes down to it, you can ALWAYS cut **** up and modify it til you DO like it.

I'm not sure if hks purple is achievable with powdercoating though??? I know very little about it other than it's strong as ****.

i painted some hks parts hks purple. its ok looking i guess.

 

yea, i just dont like how flared out the sides are on the rear. but then again i can make it look like a uras though, doesnt seem all that hard

Well know this, gp sides and back are nowhere near as flared as uras or bn. Put the kit on, spray the car and say "**** it". I can best describe the uras bumper as "Judy Jetson ***". NOMUKEN is a weird dude. Ok, back on track.....Quit trying to run around doing it and do it. Buy **** and throw it on. Slap it together if you have to.

chrome battles might look sick once the car is gloss, other than that and purple, like a highlighter yellow might be cool, gunmetal isn't bad though... the car looks great by the, I've always loved black fc's

 

highlighter yellow is getting played out. you need to go chrome, due to the originality factor....
