Went street drifting today since all the cops were busy policing our town summerfest and did this AFTER adjusting my ride height to be low, not have reverse rake and found my drivers side front wheel was rubbing on my coil spring BAD. OMG it sounded aweful. Still continued my run under suspicion my front bumper was UNDER the car.... It wasn't. I pulled in the driveway and my brother and neighbor chick pointed out i had lost my sideskirt.

Going to re-glass it tomorrow after i cut and do my frame mock up for this.

Pilot holes for jigsaw pretty much drilled. I used a socket to keep from drilling into important stuff. Still gotta measure up and drill 2 more holes for the flap that's gonna be directly behind the rad. **** paying $150+ for a vent i can make for $15.

Justin, great thread idea.

I deal with a lot of spray paint. Don't have a compressor to step up to real paint yet.
It doesn't last more than a year without fading but does the job.

Whole BN kit krylon'd

Hey, rattle can is cool.

Dont feel bad at all. I'm rolling my paint on in the driveway shortly. Haven't decided on seafoam or black. They come in gloss, rustoleum makes them...if it sucks, two tone black on purple flake vinyl.

I have too much free time and am not ballin' so much respect for doing whatever works.

Speaking of.....

Tape line looks crooked but it isn't. I've used my tape measure and square so much on this it's not even funny.....

First cut. Used a jigsaw with the hood STILL on the car....

Save time. Cut two layers of steel at once!

Hoping to finish cutting and making my frame for the outside of the vent tomorrow.

Car is almost done. Laguna Seca Blue looks pretty cool on anything

Will hopefully have pics from this comming weekend at a clubfr event!

And yes, I got rid of the 4 wheel drive.. Any suggestions on what to paint the wheels/cage?

I was thinking neon also, I think that wheel would look good in a neon color. I know neon green does well with the color. Was also thinking neon pink, but I dont know if im man enough for that. Also, I have my supra's wheels im gonna use as spares for this weekend's event and they are white. The wheel would look cool in white too, not sure if ive ever seen that wheel in white.
