There is not a single open event that I know of that allows passing in the corners. Passing is only allowed on straightaways.

During time attack you are grouped with people around your lap time and sent out spaced together. Theoretically you shouldn't catch up to each other but if it happens you aren't allowed to pass unless they are off the track. If you catch up to the guy in front of you for some reason, your supposed to space yourself for the next lap and the organizers give you another timed lap.

Good luck to both of you as you guys are really pusshing the limits on these chassis and aren't afraid to cut and chop. I may come out to a CSCS event just to watch.

Wow, just wow.....

Thanks Eric! I've got obsessed with going as fast as I can with this chassis and there is no end in sight.

Marco thanks for kind words, I'm not confident in the car it scares hell out me sometimes, I just bury the fear and push hard, my brakes have pad knock bàck too. I've given up and just seat the pads between corners. We have an awesome group of time attack guys in Ontario. I look forward to the years to come and watching everyone develop their cars and their driving.

Eric, you won't know until you try. I would say just come out and have fun, who cares if you win.

It's easy to say that, but hard to do. I may bring out the cougar as it has at least 300 hp and wouldn't finish dfl. The class for race cars should be split based on power to weight or something.

Again, are there any noise limits?

I agree. Not that I have run CSCS in the past or would even be placed in that class. I think all three classes could be done better. Group by power/weight rather than drivetrain. It seems like it would be pretty easy to build a ridiculously fast car and still remain in the street class.

2.5.2. The exhaust sound level must be within the regulation of each hosting venue, if unsure, drivers must check with each venue/circuit before participating.
