My 10th AE getting a face lift.
Does it take that long to do a proper body job from start to finish or are they just taking their time with it? Just seems to be a very long process. Its looking great though Ian!
You are not going to spend all this time and money on a car that looks great and drives like stock, are you? Hell no. You want to turn the key and make heads turn. Then you want to be able to smoke the tires and lay down rubber at break neck speed. Beauty and the Breast, man. Its the best of both worlds.
Now when it comes to passing emissions, can't it be re-tuned (temporarily) into wimpy lean mode? Or just pay a penalty when it fails and move one. Or get the car registered to a postal code that doesn't check emissions?
You don't want stock. That won't be fun to drive.

I was in between moves on my house and then couldn't make up my mind on the colour (As I get older I keep on over thinking decisions) and was never in a hurry to get it back.
Car is now done. Three pictures of it without some parts still on it. IE wing, nice rims lol etc.
Now to pick it up. RIght now I don't have covered transportation so may just wait for the snow to melt first.

We need to bring home all the hardware from the car show! Too bad my fc doesn't have a trailer hitch. I could take my sled down too. Bet that would be a first at dgrr...
Car now is at home. Spend 5 hours cleaning the interior and probable have another few more...If I would have know I would have removed more of the interior. LOL
The Paint is absolutely amazing. I'm seriously considering never letting it see the rain or dirt lol. Gonna be a long road assembling it.
