Silver City departing at 11am sounds like a good starting point, this comers the NW and NE. Convoy would then go west to 14st, south to 24 ave, west to crowhcild than all hook up with the south group at WestHills for a 12pm departure. Then we will make sense of Ed's directions and arrive in Black Diamond at 1pm. Now, who's in for the NW departure and who's in for the SW departure?? Someone familiar with West Hilsl will have to designate the meeting spot.

i am in for the meet at silver city (i think now it is called studio 16 or some stupid thing like that) i will be thier with tim hortons in hand and will have the bbq and a big suv as well as the fuel for the bbq. I dont think it will be hard to spot a group of rx7s in a parking lot at 11am but if it is for some reason, are we going to meet right in front of the doors on the south side of the building?

Just a reminder for everyone, if it rains, brett's deck has a roof.

So yes, there is NO rain date. The roofing will be adequate in the most dreary conditions.

Sounds like a plan S. Call me at home or pm me and we'll set up a time beforehand for me to swing by for the table. I'm thinking sometime on Sunday morning.

Tiana and I will be taking care of those.

A big thanks to Highwayinthesky for volunteering the BBQ! (We were worried about that).

So far the only items not yet volunteered by anybody are the salads. Any takers?

As for rain, we do have a covered deck so that's a good thing. The question then becomes "how many members will still want to drive their nice shiny FDs in the rain?"

As for parking there are three options:

1. For those arriving early enough the back yard and alley can accomodate approximately
8 to 10 cars if we arrange them carefully enough. Probably best for those who don't have a cerfew of any kind--- getting out again would require shuffling cars around. The garage is full but we may yet be able to squeeze one more in there too if necessary.

2. There is also a stretch of street parking accross the street from the house that may accomodate an additional 6 or 8 cars.

3. The driveway has room for two cars (after we move two of our daily drivers onto the lawn), and the front lawn may accomodate an additional two more cars.

So we can accomodate a total of 20 or so cars--- not bad for a private residence.

All we ask is that those parking on lawns please to not spin your tires. I know tire marks add character to a lawn but we're still trying to make a good impression on our new neighbours and all...

Hopefully there will still be lots of us still here by then. If the BBQ gets under way around 2pm we should still be somewhere near at least 1/2 capacity by six.

Yeah, no kidding. I'll put a ladder against the house and garage so that we can get some aerial shots of the back yard, front yard and street.

K, anyone meeting at Silver City (do you know where that is RotorHP?), let's meet on the South side of the building, generally towards the East of end of the cinema (now called Studio 16 I guess; good point). That would be just across from Panda flowers and there's a wide lane-way that we can fill into if the lot is busy. We can take 84Stock's route from there...

Does that include Coke Classic? If so I can leave it in your hands and spend the $ on something else. I usually volunteer the beverages just to make sure we don't run out, but it's certainly not free for me.

I'll see if I can procure some good potato salad (i.e. convince someone in family to make it)

Im going to bring 2 cases (24 cans) of 7up. Its what I drink. Im also bringing my Driving Force Pro, PS2 and GT4 (with mem card). If someone else wants to do the same, I can probably bring another 25" or so TV. Alls we'd need to do after that is round up a link cable and we can do laps. Split screen gets old.

Since nobody specified a meet spot at Westhills I am going to suggest in front of the movie theatre (since it won't be busy at this time of day) to stay consistant with the first spot.
