My welder has not had power for the last week due to a faulty cable in his area so nothing more has been done with the Downpipe but manifold is completed and looking great, will pick it up when I get time and install, just need to drill out the turbo housing to fit a boost line for the wastegate.
My Apexi PFC is here in Johannesburg, just waiting for it to arrive at the post office and then I have all my pieces to go for my tune, finally!!!
Finished up my AN6 line for my turbo feed this weekend, dam its not as easy as it looks to do these fittings, especially for the first time, hands are trashed.

Not to be a downer, and I realize you're out in SA so probably not tons of rotary support, but have some questions for you.....
Do you have access to the wheel sizes for that turbo? what kind of boost response are you hoping for? Based on the size of that turbine housing, will probably not be a super responsive setup.
What brand wastegate? chinese/knock-off stuff is ok in some cases, but IMO be careful with the wastegate..... assuming that's what it is
consider swapping the blue hose out for real-deal reinforced coolant line from for your AST tank setup--- definitely be more reliable and long lasting. Again, assuming that's standard blue silicone tubing like you'd see for a BOV or boost gauge etc.
Just trying to help

The wheel size for the turbo is Turbine Inducer / Exducer (mm): 87.40 / 77.00, Compressor Inducer /Exducer (MM): 68.70 / 97.80. Not sure if that is correct.
The exhaust housing is 1.05 and is twin scroll as well as my manifold so shouldn't be too laggy, remember I have lightened rotors so will rev up faster.
This turbo has been tried on some rotaries here and starts boosting at around 2600rpm and is at full boost at 5000rpm so should be fine for what I need the car for, not looking for huge numbers.
The wastegate is also a tried and tested unit and is brand new and will be perfect for my application as I will only be running at 1bar max boost.
Will keep an eye on my silicone hoses, I still have the stock lines and they are in good condition so will check them and see how they holding up, thanks for the heads up.

So managed to spray some stuff this weekend and also moved from the Apexi PFc to the Microtech LT8s as the Apexi has very few tuners here in SA, the mircotech has more guys that can tune with it so better option to use.
Here are some before and after pics of the spray job.
Before
After
I also made a cover for my dash speaker hole as the OEM one just crumbled when I took it out.
Here are the pics of the stock ECU with the Microtech mounted to the back which fits perfect on the stock mounting of the standard ECU, I also painted and vinyl wrapped the stock ECU just for good measure.
