Managed to do some work on the car this weekend, took it out for a wash

Prepped the dash for install, cleaned everything up and gave the dash a nice coat of sealer to bring back the shine.

Dash installed

Thanks bud, yeah used Turtle Wax Plastic and vinyl restorer.
Worked like a boss, very happy with how it came out, used the Colinate restore cream before using the Turtle wax, wasn't to happy with the finish of the Colinate but it took off a lot of grim and dirt from the interior pieces.

Should be installing the rest of the interior bits and pieces this weekend and hopefully get the seats in as well.

Looks good in the pics.
I'll go buy some and try it instead of using the classic armor-all to make it look shiny, will my dash is out.
Thanks for the clean inspiration
Keep the nice work.

Started doing my Tail Light modding yesterday afternoon:

First had to get the light separated from the plastic backing which I did in the oven at 130 degrees celsius for 15min

Then I cut out the the circles that will let the light through on some contact paper

Will spray during the week with some high heat satin black paint and reinstall, will come out looking like this:

Some thicker tires went on this weekend, more grip, more ride height, the stretched tires just weren't cutting it

Just need to drop the back by 5mm ea side and will see once the motor is how much in the front.

Picked up my motor finally this weekend.
Lifted it into my boot and drove home, got a mate to help me lift it out of the boot, dam thing weighs like 200kg's but better than any other engines I'm sure. Went on to install all the neassary bits and bobs and discovered that I have lost one bag of bolts, I always bags bolts from where ever I take them off and label the bags so when installing I can just open the relevant bag and install, now I have lost the bags for my turbo manifold and all the nuts and bolts that attached the turbo and wastegate to the manifold
Must just tear apart my cupboard and see if they fell somewhere but will more than likely get new bolts and nuts
