engine almost finished just some aluminium tubing and some welding and the oil thermostat then it can be started for testing


the car will probably not be finished this year i have a lott of problems with my back and the sanding works are heavy and painful so i will be taking it easy for the moment.

hey im building a veilside also did the kit have alot of problems lining up. my hood and door panels are alil off any suggestions? their is a big gap between front fenders and doors. mine was original veilside from japan. i dont get it their anything i can do?are you going two tone? also what rims did u get and size? want the offsets to be right also seems veilside japan fitment is not correct bc their pics show the rear tires sunk in not real aggressive looking. good luck and thanks

there were a lott of problems and i also did had a big gap between front fender and doors +- 1 cm but i have made it smaller with fiberglass.
i will be going 2 tone yes, dark red and dark grey. wor the wheels i go with asanti AF... in the sizes they say on most dealer website's 19x9 -6 and 19x12 -34 i hope these are the correct sizes

he sam heb jij ook zo'n polyester balk binnen in je bumper?
of heb je die niet nodig met deze kit?

er zit bij mij namelijk een polyester balk op het front bij mij

Lookin good but why don't you get blue glow dials for the oem gauges to match the rest? In fact I have some lying around if you're interested.

I have that same design in my CAD program, i could have made you a set SUPER CONCAVE option for the same price you paying for flat face option you going with .

alpsta : i like the apexi gauges even if they are blue glow it doesn't botter me. i had 2 of them in my previous FD and just have bought 2 extra.

Shiryuoss : the same here i don't want to get the rear bumper burned

I think you misunderstood. I am saying why don't you convert the amber OEM gauges blue glow to match the rest of your Apexi gauges. Like in this picture:

Very nice!! its cool to see the dash all lit up like that.. I remember when the thing looked like a giant sea urchin with all the fiberglass sticking up in every which way direction haha. You definitely got it looking good brotha! can't wait to see more!
