Sick - I do not see any obvious step up/reducer sections. Is it cast into the bends or does it all happen at the flange/straight portion of the manifold?

I'm sorry I dont really understand what you're asking. The OD od the piping fits inside the ID of the flange. Its all schedule piping with beveled edges, all the same diameter

Underlined the above for clarification - How/Where does the increase in diameter occur. I suppose you already answered from your response, as the entire runner is the same diameter that it occurs at the flange. I thought it may have been stepped like the below:

Headers and manifolds are such works of art when done right. Trying to find the smoothest airflow path while having the runners be of equal length and ending up with a flange that's positioned perfectly for the turbo takes some wizardry. Beautiful.

That sounds amazing. I imagine the air flow into the bell mouths would be sooo laminar and even, all other awesome benefits aside. Can anyone direct me to the page where it is constructed? I dont have enough data to scroll through it all as much as id like to.

Awesome work! Walker truly is an artist at what he does. He helped me build a turbo Cobra about 15 years ago when he was still at Speedsouth. Can't wait to see your car in person one of these days.

Amazing manifold! I can't wait to see this beast running again. I'll have to make the drive from Dallas to see it at a car meet some day. Epic build!
