Tell me something, genius--when you ship a package out, the shipping COST is calculated from the place you ship from, and not whatever return address you choose to put on the package, right? Guys I am sorry I am not able to help in this matter anymore. I have been asked to just step out that I just make things worse. I hope everyone feels I was fair to both sides in the matter and I wish best of luck to have the issue solved.

Steve sent me new information I reviewed it but I am not going to do anything about it at this time. Steve will handle this on his own now and possibly this thread should just get deleted because its just getting to who flung poo.

He may not be on here (anymore) but this is a large rotary community, and people may come across his stuff on Ebay or nopistons or craigslist...having the guy's name and email in this section is still very valuable.
