How much did your drivability suffer and what is the idle speed now (lowest point). I am still debating wether or not to go through with this mod on my own engine before it goes back in the car
I know the power bridges make, but also have seen the power of street ports too so give us a detailed real world update mate
I'm 99.999% set on my street ported example so it better be a good review haha

idles around 1.2K I can get it down to 1K but you can tell it does not like it that low. It terms of driving around town and out of corners its much better then the street port I had , it spools up my turbo reaaaal quick. On boost as soon as I dip the throttle, it feels as responsive as twins. Half Bridge for me forever just love the driveability and getting on boost quick, ideal setup for the circuit in my opinion you be on boost quicker then most FDs out there

Banned. I got OWNED!!!
I dont care still going to stick with my shitty street port lol
its hard though not giving in when your surrounded by cars that have 1000bhp on 30 odd psi and you know its only a die grinder skid away hahahaha
nothing a bit more boost wont fix !

26.55 psi T04Z Monster
I ran 26psi with 50/50 water/meth for the 517 pull. It's a Garrett T04Z w/1.00 A/R, Large Banzai-Racing Streetport w/S4 rotors, I run a mix of this on the street and low boost at 17.5.

It is also important to note that all of Finnicky7's tuning was done on the street, none what-so-ever on the actual dyno. The dyno pulls were only to find out where he currently was RWHP-wise.

And out of curiousity, aren't the S4 rotors primarily to reduce the CR to 8.5-to-1...if so, whats the point being your using water/meth inj anyway. Wouldn't you make similar if not more power just staying with the stock rotors?

Motor was running 14psi when I purchased it. It was already ported by some fellow in NC. I purchased the motor and had it rebuilt it with Atkins 2mm seals and then it was balanced for 9000prm but I run 8000rpm max since all my tq and power are made below 7700. And no sense in stretching gears for the track days I do. (THis was done at acosta in NJ but they are no longer in business, i also had them send out my turbo for a rebuild) I then went to http://maximumautosound.com/ to have them tune the car with 50/50 injection. Rob is great guy and easy to work with. Now we're in the middle of making a new meth injector solution as the original is now dead. So anyway its been around and puts down strong #'s. We tuned with 22oz of premix as recommended by racingbeat engineers and motor oil has 6.5oz zddp additive. The only thing holding any power left is the restrictive exhaust. Its megaphone loud as is Im not sure if I need a 4inch esp witb most tracks limiting sound levels.

thanks, no knock data as my sensor was busted. I just purchased the low impudence driver from jfo hoping to help me control the injectors below 3k rpm...my aem does not have the function from factory so controlling everything under 3k has been a challenge.
