the "500 ON PUMP-AI CLUB"

2007 is going to be the year of the "500 ON PUMP-AI CLUB."

it is going to be really neat to see all the dyno sheets get posted in our DYNO SECTION w 5s being the front number... maybe some 6s too

in order to be a member of the 500 on PUMP-AI CLUB...

you have to make 500 or more rwhp on pump and AI, duh. well i had to start somewhere.

you have to post in the DYNO SECTION of the AI forum

ideally you should post:

a dyno sheet
the brand/model of your AI system
jet size/s
injectant... water, alcohol, mix
tune details... timing, afr, egt, knock boost
turbo

so far we have 1.5 members.

XINX did 512 using a CM system w an M8 and M12 (1260 CC/MIN max)

PDViper77 did 501 ( yes i know you did 562 but that was on racegas which doesn't count). 1/2 bridge w a GT42R at 20 psi. PD hasn't yet posted in the dyno section but we will grant him provisional membership in hopes of seeing his info there. BTW, you don't have to post a dyno sheet, just some details would be appreciated.

i will make a prediction that there will be alot more members in the 500 Club by yearend 07.

since it is an exclusive club that will meet once a year in Yankee Stadium we need an emblem/decal/badge/sign. so someone w talent get busy and design/post your idea on this thread and then we all will figure it out and come up w a decal for our rolling stock.

of course there can be a 600 club too. if you do it you have to post.

zinx, not xinx

I'm sure there are a lot more out there that just either haven't dynoed or just don't post.

brian,

thanks for the post. i re-looked at the 2 dyno sheets posted in the dyno section and the 2nd shows 549 flywheel hp unless i misread it. i didn't pick up the Flywheel part so if that sheet is correct Erdin should be credited w 85% of that or 466.

a good run but if i am correct not enough for a decal

RICE RACING Water Injection System
Pump fuel 95 RON
16.7psi boost at peak rwhp
13B cosmo engine with secondary bridge port, owner built & ported
tune 10.10:1 AFR, no knock, water rate *enough* not tuned for dyno runing
dyno dynamics system (give lower figures than your types, you can add a minimum 25rwhp)

Dynoed at just under 470 at the hubs (1.3BAR) on a Dyno pack with 375 lbs of torque at 6k on pump fuel !!! this Saturday just gone graph to follow, running 50:50 mix on the Aquamist HFS system. my last setup was 450 at the wheels on race fuel. So an improvement of 20 BHP and it also peaks earlier at 7k and holds till 8k at the same power level, torque improvement by a massive 50 lbs, so the combination of HB and WI on the same turbo and same boost pressure has improved performance massively over last year

How much did your drivability suffer and what is the idle speed now (lowest point). I am still debating wether or not to go through with this mod on my own engine before it goes back in the car

I know the power bridges make, but also have seen the power of street ports too so give us a detailed real world update mate

I'm 99.999% set on my street ported example so it better be a good review haha
