What would cause No Boost?

After breaking in a replacement motor that was limited by 6lbs boost for 1000mi, by using an enlarged pill, I am unable to get boost over 6lbs. I replaced the enlarged pill with a Holley .064 jet but it has no affect. What else should I look at? Thanks.

Does the first turbo go over 6 psi? In order for the second turbo to come online the first turbo needs to reach at least 8psi. Drive around and see if you hear a hissing sound, if so then it's a leak somewhere.

It goes to about 6 or 7. There is a good punch at 4800rpm so I assume the 2nd turbo is coming online. There are no hissing noises at all.

What's the max boost after 4500 rpm? Does it stay at that number or does it drop? Or does it climp up SLOWLY as it revs?

It stays right at 6psi all the way. No variation.

Could it be the vacuum line for the boost sensor?

Only 30,000 mi. Car has Pettit exhaust, DP, PF IC, & Pettit ECU.
When I first wanted to bring the boost back up to snuff, I installed a Profec B, but it refused to have any affect on the boost. I thought it was defective so I removed it and went back to the pills. Now I realize there probably isn't anything wrong with the Profec. The vac line seems fine. The Profec was seeing low boost and no matter how high I turned up the adjustment it had no affect.

Have you checked your wastegate and precontrol actuators? They may be sticking causing them to stay open

Awhile back i replace my vacuum hose and replace the hose that connect to the actuator(wastegate control, or turbo precontrol) forgot which one, but I replace with a regular silicone hose without the pill. Could this cause boost problem, cause I only get about 7-8lbs of boost after 3500rpm to redline. Sounds like my second turbo doesn't kickin.... help?

Flybye, how do you determine if they are sticking?

saiyan, you need the pills installed.

You can use Holley carburetor jets.
