Waking up from hibernation

I plan to start my car after parking it for a long while. Anything that I may need to do to make sure that first crank a little less painful??

Fresh oil and spark plugs. Pull the EGI and turn the engine over by starter for a few seconds to pump fresh oil into the bearings. Plug EGI back in and fire her up.

Drive down to the nearest gas station and top off with fresh fuel.

How long is a "long while"? I would change the fuel filter along with what everyone else has already recommended.

How long should have been my first question. 2 months is nothing. My prior post stands. I wouldn't even do plugs unless you know they're old.

Get out there and enjoy!
