Vacuum lines different sizes on each end?

Hello, I'm doing all of my vacuum lines and was wondering what you all do with the two lines that has a huge nipple and other end fits the 6 mm line. One of the lines is for the canister next to coils and other is for turbo actuator.

McMaster-Carr has brass adapters that will go from the 3.5mm hose to the 6mm hose. Part number is 44555K116. I use these when eliminating the pipes running up and down by the turbos going to the turbo control actuator.

I think they're around $2-3 each, but they fit great and last forever.

Heres the two I had trouble with.

The black hose in this pic is the one that is too big.

Heres that same black hose showing a 6 mm silicone hose next to it.

This one has a 6mm connection on one end, and a 3.5 mm connection on the other.

Last photo I can do what Dale said to do, but the first one still not sure.

They are part of the evaporative emissions system. Fuel and oil fumes. I just bought new OEM from Mazda. Perfect fit and no hassle. Make sure to check the check valves/one way valves (metal ones), on my car I just found out that both the purge and PCV valve leaked both ways - this on a relatively low mileage car. 35k miles.

Which metal check ones? I changed all of the vacuum ones to dales viton valves. Although I thought there's only 4 needed? There's 5 check valves that I found.

On the last pic you posted, if you follow that hose all the way to the UIM you'll see it's attached to a metal piece before going to the UIM. This is a check valve. The other is the PCV valve, which goes on the hose from the oil filler neck.
