turbos

okay i just purchased my first fd and havent actually driven one im rebuilding the engine right now and im wondering if the sequential setup is faster spooling and hits harder then a single turbo set to the same psi

im going to be running a stand alone,no cats, aggressive street port, upgraded injectors and what not and im trying to decided if maybey running some 99 spec sequentials or maybey the stock 93 ones vs a single turbo

which setup can i get around 450-500 from and get quick turbo response running the sequenstials will make the work easier

The max you can make is around 350hp on stock twins, if you want to make that much hp go single.

I believe BNR would not even make more than 450, i think someone has gotten around 420 out of the BNR. If you are looking at 450-500, going single is the easiest.

I also think if you've never driven/ridden in a 420hp FD, you don't realize how insanely powerful 450-500hp would be.

Didnt goodfellaFD3s make 500ish whp out of BNRs?

He could do 0-100 in something stupid like 6 or 7 seconds.

Goodfella's setup made 421whp, which is stupid fast for an FD.

Like Dave said, at 450-500whp, it's going to be more than a handful to drive.
