The wiring and all mechanical peices of the moonroof and sunroof are the same, so conversion is easy.
You will need the following part numbers:
Panel:
Glass -- F114-69-810B $347.75
Weatherstrip
Glass -- F114-69-825 $135.45
Sunshade (Optional insert to cover glass roof)
Glass -- F114-69-890A $419.60
Welt/Interior Seam (Red listed, order by application)
Glass -- FD01-69-981-17 $45.95 (If your current one has survived it can be reused)

Is there a clean/good way to get rid of the "netting" on my glass sunroof? Even with the sunshade off, the bubble-like netting provides a tint and prevents a look through...

Pretty handy really... if you'd like I can post all of the part numbers for the entire assembly, both sunroof and moonroof.

yea i think you could probably live without a $300-400 sunshade. There was a guy selling the moonroof not too long ago for about $200. In other words go used, doing a swap like that with OEM mazda parts is insane.

I have a custom moonroof that the previous owner installed but it doesn't have a motor - where can I get a sunroof motor?
I have the receipt and he was quoted an estimate of $366.75+tax I assume that includes installation?
Any help? Thanks!!!
