Pinks is on right now and will be on for the remainder of the night I'm pretty sure. For those that don't know, It's on the Speed Chanel. Channel 72 where I'm at.

Channel 607 on Directv.I know the car runs very low 9's.It was obviously detuned for that show. Here is a link to a video where it runs 9.15@151mph.

Probably so he could compete in the Pinks All Out compeition. I think you get tossed from the competition if you run faster than 10 seconds.

I thought it odd that he was in the 10s bracket, I have seen that run before, but if I was going for 10,000 I would detune a little too!

For those who did not see it. It was Ari Yallon's RX7.com car.
I have seen Ari up here at Maryland International raceway and he ran mid 10's. I was not aware that his car was running 9's. I assume that is why I read mentions of him de-tunning the car? You should be asking if he turned the boost down though. No one is going to un-tune their car. In anycase he was beat by a fender in the first round of eliminations.

Aww Dave, the RX-7.com guys have been running in the 9's since before 9-11 (after which they changed the paint scheme on the car to a US flag motif).

Well I don't follow the team. Like I said "I was not aware" . All I know is when I last seen him run he did not break mid 10's. I'm not saying I didn't think he was not capable of running faster either. I just assumed he liked the set up he was running.

So Mr. Mahjik, where is the link which your so famous for?
