I think it's more like 185rwhp and 255fwhp. FD's are supposed to lose around 28% in the transition.

FD's loose ~15% in the drivetrain. that number drops with a lightweight flywheel and some light wheels.

Most stock FDs with manual transmissions seem to dyno in the 205-230 RWHP range, 215 is about average.

230 is good on stock setup
220 is to be expected
200-210 is how many come into RP (from Chris Ott)

Yeah, 215 is probably in the ballpark. With a only a downpipe and 85,000 miles on my original engine, I dynoed 225RWHP.

A week later my oil seals let go and I was in the shop for a rebuild. ....but that's another story.
