Rough Idle When Hot

After my car is warmed up, and I shut it off, when I start it again(like after going to the store or getting gas), it doesn't want to idle. If I give it a little throttle and let off it almost dies out(and sometimes does). After driving it for a little bit it idles fine. Is there any way to fix this?

Yeah, I've done the fan mod. My temps don't go over 90C and I run the fans after I shut the car off and turn the heater to full blast to get some heat out.

I have this almost the exact same problem and its at Mazdatrix right now getting looked at (and getting lots of goodies put in). Mine will drive ok, but it just won't idle right after heak soaking. It clears up after driving a bit though. John (the mechanic) said its probably an air control valve (can't remember details) sticking. I will post when its all fixed.

What's thermo wax? And where is the air control valve? How can I inspect or clean it?

Mine does it once in a while. I don't think RX7 likes the hot temp to begine with. I think a small vac leak can also be the cause to bad idle.
