I found the perfect fan for Greddy smic
It's from a '00 CBR600F4, figured that out one day on my bike!
It fits perfect in that tiny spot and blows pretty hard, don't know the cfm, you just have to relocate the AST.

Guess I forgot to mention I installed it an hour ago and haven't driven the car yet 
One thing I already do for the radiator is: When I shut off the car, I turn the key back to acc, turn on the a/c, and set the turbo timer for about 5 mins so it doesn't heat soak as bad. This will also work for the i/c now.
I'm sure I'll see a difference in intake temps and I'll try to get some pics up soon.
BTW I got it for $22 on eBay!
