ID Reversed TCA vacuum and Pressure lines
What are the symptoms when the vaccum and pressure lines being reversed to the Turbo Control Actuator ?
Would the transition be possibly delayed to 5000rpm instead of the 4500rpm?
Boost pattern 12-5-8?

Pretty much. But, there are other issues that can map to similar symptoms.
