TCA Vacuum Test Movement

Could someone tell me hows much movement the TCA is suppose to move when performing the KOKO test. Is it suppose to move the actuator full movement etc? I cannot get a straight answer on this subject!!
Also if the car is started is the TCA suppose to have the vacuum side of the actuator activated, open ? I do not understand why it is activated with KOKO test why it wouldn't be activated while being in the started mode just like the CCA is.
Help in understanding the basis would be appreciated!!

It will move in and out quickly. I don't remember if it reaches full open/close. It takes a second person to perform the test.

it should move open/close quickly. NOT as much as described in this video since it was hooked up with the compressed air.

Thats the pressure side I am talking about the vacuum side , which is what the KOKO test is.
I know what the TCA does off the car I want to know how it is suppose to react when it is on the car and The KOKO test is performed, because some people say it barely moves and others say it should move to full open position.

Ask forum member Mrmatt3465 and twinsinside as both of them have tested it during the KOKO test with my solenoid system. They said it should be quite responsive.

So if the TCA vacuum side is hooked up to the vacuum tank line just as the CCA shouldn't the TCA be pulled to the open position with the key turned to the on position when the vacuum tank is fully charged? And also when the car is ideling?? just s the CCA does??

Only if the ECU is holding the solenoid open.

I haven't measured with a voltmeter, but it would appear the stock ECU only pulses the TC solenoids for a moment, resulting in the momentary movement of the actuator.
