Restrictor Pills

Hi

I have been doing my first hosejob for a while now... Anyway I have been searching a lot on the rx7club.com and haven't really found what I was searching for...

First question:

The restrictor pills can I take the old one out of the lines and put them in the new silicone lines?

Or do I have to talk to some mazda dealer? Don't really want to do that cuz no mazda dealer here want to help with the rx7's...

Just re-use the pills, they don't "wear out".

Make sure you don't "mix" the pills when placing them into the new hoses. They are not identical.

ie:.. the wastegate hose pill ONLY goes into the WG hose.,...the Pre-Control hose pill only goes into the P-C hose. Otherwise you'll have abnormal boost issues.

Rynberg is always giving people bad info. Ignore his advice, and follow my advice:

While they are similar, they do have different operating parameters. It would be ok to run the stock BOV in the place of teh CRV for a while, but I would urge you get get a real CRV if you plan on staying sequential.

I also had something to add. I was goign to go get the pills from Napa, do I need to get two different sizes... and how do I know which ones to replace with what? I figure they might be able to cross reference the mazda part with a pill they may carry. Are these things universal, or do I need a specific pill(s), if so.. what specs do I need?

Thanks
