What's wrong with ceramic seals, except that they are expensive? I would never use them, but many people do with sucess.

Ceramics are for motors that see a lots of power and abuse. The regualr seals work great on used housings. But if your using new housings use factory seals.

Atkins does make good seals I dont care whom disagrees.

I like Mazda OEM and use them in all my builds, including my own motor.

Ray Crowe at Malloy Mazda will ship overseas, you can reach him at hmkparts@aol.com

When it comes to engine internals, mazda has invested lots of time and cash into R&D.

I'm also interested in the NRS seals that glassman sells, rice racing is an advocate of them. If you have the money to spend, that might be an interesting alternative.

Ceramic seals are ok in NON-TURBO engines, just like 200 dollar 2mm seals it only takes one pin to break them,

How do you know that your ( Stock ) motor has ceramic seals?

Depends on how much money you have to spend. I've never installed ceramic seals in an engine, have always had great experiences with oem mazda seals
