problems with rx7 store fuel ultimate system

recently bought the ultimate fuel system from the rx7.com and the primary fuel rail is leaking big time. I checked the fuel injecters and o rings about 10 times trying to figure out what is wrong and everything on the injecter side is ok ..i adjusted the the rail as low as i can go and made sure everything is tight and it still is leaking big time. I think the rail is defaulty and i am stuck...anyone else have problems with this fuel system? do i need to go out and get bigger o rings?

Call rx7.com and ask them to check it out. It's not fair to come on the forum and ask for help if you're not working with them first.

a solid piece of metal does not just leak. check all your connections and see where it is coming from. if you dont see anything, blip the throttle on the throttle body and that should do the trick.

not to be a dick, but this is basic problem solving

Something like this would be simple to determine what is causing the leak and where it is.

Seperate the rail from the LIM so it just hangs there in the air, turn the ignition key to on, go to the Diagnostic terminal and activate the pump. So simple to find the leak.

That is if it is really there and not somewhere else. Time to step up and be a mechanic.

Instead of UIM it should have been center housing.
My way you could see if the fuel is coming from the FPD, out of the injector tips, or inlet/outlet hoses, or around the inj O rings. It alloes you to see every angle of the unit.

Weird but correct.

i didn't think their system came with a new primary fuel rail, just a secondary rail for the 1600's.
