I am replacing all hoses under the hood. I had some 5/8 in. PS line to replace the short low pressure side from the rack to the cooler. The diameters of the tubing is different. It goes from .41 on the rack to being .48 on the cooler. What are you guys using that have replaced this line?

 

Are you replacing these just as preventative maintenance? Or did you have a line go bad? If you are replacing a bad line and not in need of a new line, I have some lines off of my car that are in good shape. I just deleted the PS and no longer have a use for them (or the PS pump). PM me if you want em, free of course, just pay for shipping..

If you wish to get new lines another good option is Ray Crow at Malloy Mazda. He will give you great deals on all oem parts. Do a search on here and you can find his number. Even if you do not need it for this, you will need it in the future for something.

 

I am doing all new lines. I already spoke to RAY. He and I speak often ($$$$$$) if you get my drift. He looked at it the other day and said the Mazda info was inconclusive. I will just have to order it and see.
