Power Steering question

So I recently deleted the air pump and replaced all my belts(PS/dual alt). I drove it briefly without the power steering belt on(because I didn't have it yet). Literally for about 5 mins. Since then my power steering feels kinda shitty. It works but feels like its only at like 70%. The belt im like 99% sure is tight enough. Do I need to bleed the PS? Idk whats up. Sorry for these dumb questions all the time

Does the pump make a lot of whining noise? Did you check fluid level?
driving it without the belt will not cause any problems.
