Post Your Fuel Set-ups
hey guys, ive been looking around at some fuel systems lately and was wondering what everyone was running as far as injectors (primary and secondary), rails, FPR's, pumps and i guess lines as well. Particularily those making close to or over 400hp (as that is my ultimate goal).
I have heard that stock injector reach max capacity at around 14 psi so post up your set-ups/systems, thanks

Stock primary, 1680cc secondary injectors in a K2RD fuel rail. AN-6 90 degree to braided hose from the secondary rail, run along the firewall, to a SX FPR mounted between the brake booster and the left shock tower. Braided return out of FPR run directly down to the metal return line below the brake booster, bypassing the return line under UIM. All lines and fittings are viewable and repairable/replaceable without taking the UIM.
I'm also running a Denso Supra TT fuel pump.

if you don't want to spend a lot of money on the fuel system then go with 1300cc secondary injectors and 55cc primarys. Also you will need to upgrade your fuel pump. I also have a denso supra pump. You should be fine with the stock fuel pressure reg. If you don't want to push the injectors that much then you can just do the Rx7 store fuel system. It's around 1000 and it comes with everything you need. http://66.216.67.51/product.asp?0=211&1=333&3=578

Primary - 850cc
Secondary - 1700cc w/A-Spec Fuel rail
SX Fuel Regulator with Pressure gauge mounted in
engine bay
In tank fuel pump. Nippenanson (sp?)
Future fuel mods:
Each fuel rail will have its own fuel pump. (2) fuel
pumps . . . external!

Aeromotive A1000 Fuel pump -10 to Aeromotive filter, -8 to BG Y splitter, -8 to each rail (Keiths rails) 756cc Primary injectors, 1680cc Secondaries. -8 to FPR, -8 return. All socketless hose & hose ends. I plan on running the stock fuel pump resistor, but replacing the bypass relay with one right next to the pump, & some fat 12 Ga wire for heavy load. Defi fuel pressure gauge.
I'll let you know how it works out when I get it together.

awesome, sounds like some nice systems being used arround here keep it comin
how does your system compare to say the one from rx7store.net rxrotary, your system sounded pretty tight (and looked damn hot too). it sounds like its pretty well comprehensive, is it possible to get pumps, fpr's, and primary rails from you as well? im still pretty new with fuel components and manufacturers so im not sure what is best. thanks for your help guys

i am not exactly sure how it compares other than i *believe* with that system you retain all stock lines except for the return off the secondary rail. mine replaces ALL under hood lines. yes i have primary rails also. http://www.3rdgenrx7.com/keithsrails.htm
my email rxrotary2_7@yahoo.com
the system ES described used both my rails.
