Question Pill or no pill?

Sorry for all the questions. I am doing the full solenoid test/hose replacement on my FD. The 2 actuators on the front of the turbos are driven by boost from the turbo. Both are meant to have a pill in the line. I can only find a pill in one line. Is that correct? I have checked quite thoroughly putting a wire down the line, blowing through it, visual inspection, checked the line on the other side etc. There is no pill in the actuator itself and nothing in the outlet port from the Y pipe. I've had the car from 2001 and I doubt any work was done on it before then. I found an old thread where someone asked the same question in 2006 but got no definite response (https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generati...r-line-534518/). So should there be a pill? If so where do I get one? Turbos work great low down but don't always come onto boost higher up. Diagram shows where I found pill vs no pill.

If fitted, the orifices are not on the Y-pipe nipples. They are in the nipples extending out from the primary turbo outlet:

AND looking into the nipple: https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generati...6/#post6789477.
Your diagram does not show these nipples, they are hidden behind the primary turbo inlet elbow.
