In need of guidance. Fresh built, engine wont stop smoking.

Problem: Engine continue to smoke after a fresh rebuilt. "oil burning"
During cold start it smoke until it warm up, at 2k rev it smoke even more. Please refer to video link.
I hope it not oil control ring issue? could it be running rich or timing is off?

@0:00 Cold start, RPM 1k, oil pressure 80PSI AEM AFR 12
after warm up, RPM 1k, oil pressure roughly 20PSI.. AEM AFR 12
@8:26 holding RPM at 2k, oil pressure 50psi.....AEM AFR 11
@9:22 holding RPM at 3k, oil pressure 80psi......AEM AFR 11

Coolant is full when start, coolant is also full after cooled down.
so that narrow out the coolant issue.

Fresh engine rebuilt with the following:

OMP deleted, running 1:1 ratio premix of lucus oil
Oil pressure regulator pineapple racing mod. both for the front and rear.

-Apex springs- Atkins new
-Corner seals- oem two 2pc new
-Corner spring- oem new
-Side seals- reused, double check for clearance all were within .08mm
-Side seal springs- Atkins new
-Oil control rings- reused within standard specs, no wear mark
-Oil control ring o-rings- Atkins viton

Fuel Pump/Injectors/Fuel rail
-Fuel pump relay mod 40psi static +1/1psi of boost
-Walbro 450
-Injectors: Injector dynamics 1050x/2000
-Fuel rail: FFE 2 port fuel rails both primary/secondary

Does the smoke have any strong smell? At least to me really rich exhaust has a pretty distinct odor.

Just now,

I took the turbo off the manifold, and ran it side by side with the oil feed and drain still connected.

While the engine is on I Held my breath and inspect the manifold for any oil/wet fluid coming out. It’s was dry, while the turbo was sitting there looking a bit moist.

With a leaf blower I blew at the inlet of the turbo cold side, to spin the turbine. Then out of no where oil residues start to come out of the hot side of the turbo. Just to make sure, I went in and rev up to 2k while my friend is holding the leaf blower still on the turbo inlet, oil pressure went up to 50psi.. and my friend signal me to stop. To find out oil is also leaking from the cold side...

will post video and picture later.

BC Too much oil

If you have overfilled with oil, the oil could be rising in the filler neck and running down into the front of the turbo. If that line, which is there to feed fumes back into the air flow, is still there. Hope it would be as simple as that.

What size are your oil feed and drain lines on your turbo?
what turbo is it, and how many miles are on it?
