In need of guidance. Fresh built, engine wont stop smoking.
Problem: Engine continue to smoke after a fresh rebuilt. "oil burning"
During cold start it smoke until it warm up, at 2k rev it smoke even more. Please refer to video link.
I hope it not oil control ring issue? could it be running rich or timing is off?
Coolant is full when start, coolant is also full after cooled down.
so that narrow out the coolant issue.

I took the turbo off the manifold, and ran it side by side with the oil feed and drain still connected.
While the engine is on I Held my breath and inspect the manifold for any oil/wet fluid coming out. It’s was dry, while the turbo was sitting there looking a bit moist.
With a leaf blower I blew at the inlet of the turbo cold side, to spin the turbine. Then out of no where oil residues start to come out of the hot side of the turbo. Just to make sure, I went in and rev up to 2k while my friend is holding the leaf blower still on the turbo inlet, oil pressure went up to 50psi.. and my friend signal me to stop. To find out oil is also leaking from the cold side...
If you have overfilled with oil, the oil could be rising in the filler neck and running down into the front of the turbo. If that line, which is there to feed fumes back into the air flow, is still there. Hope it would be as simple as that.
