Agreed the seat belt straps aren't my favorite but they were cracked when I bought the car. So at the time it was a quick fix. I figured paint would have scratched to eazy. Now that it's been like that for a couple of years it's actually worked out for the better. The one on the passanger side cracked again but now that it's covered with that film you can't really notice it.

I hear you on the shifter and e-brake cover. Again, another quick fix. The originals where pretty beat up. The shifter I got as a gift and it was just sitting in my garage, so I used it. The e-brake cover was $10. It looks much cleaner than it did originally. Anyways, I already have the replacements.

I'm also going to change my amp(s) and sub(s) around. I'm thinking of pulling the rear seats and putting two 10's in the seat wells. Also got the smallest amps you can buy so I'll probably throw them under the seats. The thing is I have to keep the trunk pretty clear so I can fit my golf clubs in. Right now they just fit under the strut bar and I have to shift my sub box behind the passenger seat. It's a pretty tight fit.

It's alive ... I fixed my brake screw up and dropped her down off the jack stands (finally). Filled her up with fluids and started her up. All seemed okay but the readings on the tps were screwed up. Ended up being, I put it back together not locking in the spring. All seems good now. It was pretty late so I'll have to wait until tomorrow to adjust the idle. Here are some pics of the brake calipers.

looks really good. Any tips for the polishing? I have mine apart so i bought a dremel and started...but really curious on how you hit the crevices and such. A quick write up would be great. Did you need a flexshaft?

So I had a little set back with my injectors but I figured it out and all is good. Just in case anyone wants to know what happened - https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generation-specific-1993-2002-16/help-im-flooded-wont-stop-849787/. If you are going to get your injectors cleaned, be sure to run them thoroughly right after you get them back. I got the amps in, changed the shifter and e-brake handle, installed the new gauges, installed the new fuel pump and put everything back together. All seems to be good now. I may have to fiddle around with the idle a bit but everything seems to be running pretty smooth. Besides a couple of cosmetic things I think I'm just going to drive it for the rest of the summer. I have noticed it's a little bit louder than it was before and I'm thinking of getting a "ATS" Apexi silencer. Does anyone have this on their FD? What's the good and bad of it? Also thinking of grabbing a "Fighters Racing Air Temp Sensor". Anybody have experience with this? Does it make a big difference? Or should I just get one of these? https://www.rx7club.com/classifieds-violations-265/fast-reacting-replacement-iat-sensor-found-844553/. Same thing? Anyways, here's a couple of pics. I'll take some more of the rest sometime this week and I think my wife (pro photographer) said she wants to take a few pics for one of her classes, so I'll post thoughs as well.

Just an FYI - if you will be removing the rear seats, DamonB has an old thread in the Interior section of a sub box he built that goes under the rear strut bar and sits behind the stock rear hatch divider.

The AIT sensor is probably a good idea. Either the Triumph or the FG should work.

I've seen that sub box and it's a nice setup but I need to be able to fit my golf clubs in.

I will get the AIT sensor just need to figure which one I want.

"ATS" Apexi Silencer??? Anyone? I know a few guys tried them out a few years back and had mixed reviews. Anybody using it now?

Another quick question. Will stock clamps work for my silicone radiator hoses? I had the worm clamps on but they won't stay tight. I know about all the different clamps you can buy that will work but I'm putting in a order to Ray Crowe in a little bit and thought if they will work I may as well get them from him. I had them on there in the first place and they were okay but seemed to leak a tiny bit. After one year it looked a little corroded around the rim and that's it. Figured new worm clamps would do better. Wrong. May be if I get NEW stock ones they'll do the trick?

So my car has been running pretty good. I ended up buying the AIT sensor and I change my rad hose clamps back to the old stock ones. I also ended up ordering some Hallman boost controllers. All seems pretty smooth right now except for the fact it's a lot louder than before. Attracts a lot of attention. I had a little bit of turbo flutter as well but I've been tinkering with the adjustment screw on the BOV and have almost got it all straightened out. Anyways, I finally took some exterior pics after golf on the weekend. Pretty stock still but it's clean. Enjoy.
