I deff want to see what is under the hood of your badboy, is that online somewhere? Also, how did you drop down to near 2200 lbs? I cant tell from the avatar. Also, I was wondering what turbo you were running? I know plenty about my car, but unlike you I did not have a scale.

As I said above, apparently my numbers were off, sadly no scale but I am happy to have the real information, it is actually what I posted this stuff up here for. Someone else claimed it was their car? I can assure you it is mine by providing some of the magazine shots that were taken for Fast Car Magazine recently.

Everyone can go to www.sportscarshots.com
Click the Media Tab, fill in user name: guest, password: guest.
click feature cars- mine is the carbon RX7 from PA.

There are some close ups there. There has been more mods since then, but at least that shows the CF close up.

The last thing I will address for now is the overall extremeness of the car and the wheels. The car is doing the show circuit now, however, I drive it nearly everywhere, I tried trailoring 1 time, its more annoying then driving the car. I drive the car almost everyday, and really enjoy it. However, to win in the show scene you need something extreme, and that is what I was going for with this car.

Thus far it has done well, and hopefully it will bring some of the rotary haters a little wake up call.

Don't worry, there are still things that I don't know about my car. It's never ending!

I've posted a ton on how I've removed weight from my car (you can search my name and see). I don't feel like typing it all out right now

I'm running the HKS T51R KAI turbo kit.

Not a big fan of the lambo doors or the interior, but othr than that, the car looks good. Way to much IMO, but to each his own. If you want to lose mad weight you might want to talk to Lupe. He knows his **** on weight.

Very nice Lupe. After reviewing your posts, some of what you have done, not all, I did not list. I have no AC, no ABS, no bumper supports, have removed much of the sound deadening material in order to put the cage in, but not the material behind the dash. (dash is out next week so I have to remember to remove the rubber stuff). Full ti exhaust right up to the carbon Titanium tip, slotted and drilled rotors, I am having Fuel Safe take my stock fuel tank and put a bladder in, though I want to eventually put a cell in. i moved my battery to the din behind my seat and went with a smaller one, and a lot of other things that I have to keep thinking of.

For the shows (points) I actually had 2 JL W-3s put in the trunk, but made sure the shop made the whole damn setup fully removable within 10 minutes of bolting out for tracking.

carbon hood is deff lighter then the aluminum one, and also heat saving is the biggest advantage of the vented hood.

So, are your doors carbon fiber or are they just covered in C/F?

Well I like it. I agree that it'd be great to win shows. A car like that is very competitive. As some would say I'd change a few things, but thats just b/c my taste is different. Either way, good job on that awesome FD.

Actual Carbon fiber backed with fiberglass. Nothing except my interior door panes are overlayed.

Let me start off by saying that I read most of the comments on this thread. My conclusion, most of you guys are full of ****! My reason for saying this? You guys know this is the same car that you bashed Jon (dirty jersey) on, don't you? Told him how full of **** he was and how the car looked like crap. Seems like the story has changed. Anyway, I respect everyone for going their own way and doing what they can to realize an idea. It looks good but not a car you want to take out every day.

jon tomassi? Nice guy, did the interior door panel overlay for me. Maybe he posted picks of my car? Dont know. I believe there is one more kit like this out there and it is not on the car. Just have not gotten to the brakes yet. Working on a deal with brembo for all 4 corners. Lupe, I am not sure I want everyone trying to buy my CF doors just yet, but private message me and maybe we can work something out.

Me I would like the car better if it was all flat black.

Sadly flat black is not an option for the sponsors...Maybe when I win the lottery get rich I don't have to worry about that part.....

Well to me in that picture the car looks really nice. In that angle it almost looks flat black which that is where my idea came from. Flat black (non-flashy) IMO gives off this road-warrior (from the movie) look that screams I mean business get the **** out of my way! lol

Not many cars can pull off FLAT black IMO this is one of the rare ones that can.

congratulations on your ride
