Let me clear this up. I'm Bill, from importprecision.com and deftracing.com. I met Jay out in Vegas when we had his car in the redline booth... but had more fun at drinks later

Redline bought the rights from us (IP) to fund and make the VLS 3000Gt and RX7 for us. Redline did go out of business shortly after they were bought by another company, not because of the VLS project, but because their main business was selling neons in places like pep boys... totally unrelated to the VLS. We now make our own kits again, although the stuff does arrive in the old redline boxes.... no use raising the price for a new printing of boxes that get thrown away.

It's always hard to keep straight other business changes, seemsa like you guys got most of it right though.
