Jerking on decel below 3k rpms?

Recently my car started jerking a bit when Im decelerating and it gets below roughly 3k rpms. I can hear what sounds like the motor rocking in its mounts when it does it, but it stops totally when I give it just a little bit of gas. Anyone have this happen to them before?

Do you have your foot totally off the gas, or partially on the gas?

TPS

your fuel is not cutting off properly, this suggests your ECU thinks your foot is still on the gas a bit

The motor rocking in it's motor mounts? Are you sure its not a bucking and not a jerking? When I had my TPS problem before I got my PFC, everytime around 2700-3200 I'd feel a fat *** lag or loss of power. Kinda like a "jerking" like what you said. But rocking in it's motor mounts... I've never felt anything like that before. Maybe you mean bucking?
