Just turned 76!...Can you young f*cks send me your girlfriends at the Country Charm nursing home? My grandson got me a bottle of Viagra for my 76th birthday but the idiot didn't include any hoochie mamas for me to lay the wood to!! I think Series7's girlfriend will work...she should bend over quite nicely...

Ok here's a post from an old geezer. I'm 45. Been an RX7 owner since my first gen bought new in '81. Sold it to a 17 year old last Jan and finally got an 94 FD. All these younguns on this forum with FDs and high $$$mods must have rich parents (or more like dumb rich parents who don't realize how fast these cars are). If my daughter was your age I wouldn't let her near the driver seat (or the passenger seat either!) Good thing she's only 1 year old. I don't have to worry for a while!

my dad is in the highest tax bracket.. is that bad? why does it matter how I paid for my FD if i drive smart? My parents gave me 10k towards any car.. i had saved up the rest. I don't see why older people continue to reproach the younger crowd.. why can' t we all get along? we're here cuz we want to drive/tune smart.

BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T EARN YOUR FD! YOU LITTLE, SH*T! Saved up the rest? From what your mom and dad's weekly allowances? Give me a break I don't know of any 16-year olds that can save sh*t...they talk alot of sh*t though

Now get back to your homework before your dad finds out you're surfing the net looking at nudie pics instead of doing your Geometry homework

I took geometry like 3 years ago.. anyways I don't get allowance, I saved up X-mas $ gift $ christmas $ since i was 12 for my car.. i can't take credit my parents made me put it away, they didn't want me to have to deal with some dickless ******* like you talking **** about me not 'earning' what i have. How'd you become a mod anyways.. that was one of the most immature posts I've seen on this forum.

edit: someone please delete both our posts i'll SleepR1 some other time

Damn, ya all are YOUNG!!! Or maybe I'm just too F'in old.

I just turned 32

Now I KNOW that guy that was talkin shiet the other day was 19. Hehehehe

Anyhow, I bought an RX3 when I was about 16. Then I built a raced out 1st gen when I was about 20. Then I got my 2nd gen convertible when I was about 25. And I got my FD about 2 years ago. So all together, I've got about 16 years of rotary experience. Built MANY rotary motors for friends and myself.

A little humor with YayeR

Oh, so you're enrolled in higher math, eh...Calculus perhaps? Differential Equations maybe? I bet you're graduating high school early to attend MIT, huh?

You specifically asked why older people reproach the younger crowd. As a 76-year old fart with difficulty with bladder control and with attaining and maintaining an erection (well at least I'm not WITHOUT a *****!), I simply posted WHY!!!

Like it or not your Christmas present money from mommy and daddy is NOT money you EARNED. They are gifts from your parents PERIOD. I'll give you credit in saving it up for four years. So you're atypical, and that's good

FWIW your previous post of why older people reproach younger people was immature to begin with. It was inflammatory, and I posted exactly what your post deserved. The reason THIS old fart reproaches the young crowd...

BTW, perhaps you'll be lucky and survive owning your Rx7, ie, you won't wrap the car around a tree, or drive the FD into a ditch. That i'll be cool. You could visit me at the Country Charm. Say don't forget to bring the bottle of Viagra and your high school hoochie babes (they gotta be 18 or else I'll get in trouble )

Now get back to your homework!

I know i am looking for trouble, but...17....one of 2 cars and a street bike.....
94 RX7 TT, pretty much stock, just has an exhaust, and an upgraded stero . Never touhed the body, i think most if not all of the body kits and **** for FD's ruin a perfectly beautiful car.
BMW 328iS, Compleatly stock.
and a Ninja for putting around in the nice weather. And I know most of you are going to say that one of the cars is my moms car, blah blah. But, the cars our both mine, and my mom despises the streetbike.

I'm 17 and owned my FD since last March. I also paid for part of the car, $5000 of the $15500 and had to sell my dirtbike too. I was surprised to see so many people still in high school and college with Rx7's. Some even there second one. That just says we know what want and will do what it takes to get it.

I'm 34 and on my 28th car...94 MB RX7. (this is my 7th RX7, 2nd FD) As for the comments on the younger members owning 7's that were paid for by their "rich parents"....WHO CARES! Are we jealous???

I say congrats

A little advice for the under 20 owners...watch out for those guys with the funny lights on their cars, they can make your life (and your insurance) very painful.

If your gonna race take it to the track!!!

I was 18 when I got my first 1979 RX7. I thought I was pretty cool ...I can't imagine how it would be to be 16 to 20 with a 3rd gen.

I am 22 and recently got my 3rd gen. I am about to graduate from college. I have had a 87 t2 and then another 87 t2. I paid all my rx7s and then sold them to pay for the 93.

I only went through the first 4 pages of this thread, so don't know if I can claim to be the oldest, but just turned 59. Have had my '93 since Aug '92, 115K miles ago. This is my second RX-7. My first was an '84 GSL-SE. Sold that to a fellow Bay Area RX-7 Club member when I bought the 3rd gen.
