Stock turbos? Stock injectors, fuel pump?

Are you talking about just the stock engine with stock seals?

There are people using 13b's with single turbos pushing some serious PSI. Search for posts by "ErnieT".

A lot. Mainly they have a tendency to go boom on high boost cause AFR's lean out. If you keep everything in check, with proper fuel/timing, you can put huge turbos on them.

I have no idea how much pressure in and of itself the seals can take.

It's mostly the tuning that counts. I daily drove mine with T04S, 1300cc secondaries...other stuff.... stock motor at 1 bar.

Some people can do more. Also you don't need that much boost to make a FD fast. A 400 rwhp FD can keep up with other cars pushing 550-600.

I've heard of close to 40 psi on stock 2 mm apex seals.
Supposedly the start to "float" after 30 psi.
You have to remember all the pressure that the rest of the seals (coolant, etc..) must also stand up to the abuse.
If you really want to push that much boost, you will want to run lower compression rotors from the early turbo RX-7's. They are less prone to dent, under extreme loads.
