Hope im not running lean!!!!!!!!help

Just got exaust installed in mya car. I dont have an upgraded ecu, do u think im going to have any problems leaning out while running a DP, CB and high flow cat? Or is the high flow cat going to keep enough backpressure that my turbos wont creep? Also whats the highest boost level the stock ecu map can compinsate for? Also i dont have an intake if that helps.

Theoretically one of those could be enough to blow the engine, but luckily the factory runs them rich to begin with.
The three mod rule is a safety net, but if I were you, I would 1> keep the boost down (using your right foot if you have to) 2> get an ECU pronto.

What's with the exclamation marks????

You know, that could be considered shouting and f'ing rude. Especially for a newbie.

no problem, but no boost spikes allowed. need bigger pill for wg actuator, to keep near stock boost. rx7.com had staged pills at one time.

can also add intake. but big IC or mid-pipe are not allowed w/o ecu upgrade, esp if other mods are done.

Typically the stock ECU should be able to handle 3 mods. That is a good baseline to run off of. Being that all of your 3 mods are increasing the same system (exhaust system) this may be a little bit different. Try going with an upgraded ECU if possible, or just stick with a DP for now...

I'd wait on the other 2 until you get an ECU, and once you do that send some more air to the car, get a cold air intake system...
