Please use the search.
You will probably get more information than you want.

Cut him some slack grampa. If you notice he is from spain and his english is not so great.

I would go with 10W-40 in the hot climate of spain. 20W-50 is a bit thick amigo.

Well, I have never heard of the "Gulf" brand of oil. I would say this though.

If your climate is hot, use a heavier weight oil such as 10W40, 15W40, 20W50, etc.

If your climate is cold, you may want to use a thinner oil, such as a 5W30 or 10W30.

The thinner oils are used in colder climates because they flow easier. While I have never been to Spain, I would believe that your climate can get pretty warm. I would recommend using at least the 10W40. You could always experiment to see if the 20W50 would be good in your car. If not, just drain it and don't use that oil.

Also, use a high quality oil such as Mobil 1, AGIP (brand of motor oil used in Ferraris), etc. The high quality oils tend to burn cleaner.

Yes, that would be fine. Check SAE rating on container, probably SH or above.
Looks like weather in the 90's, lows 60's. 20/50 great for that type of weather.

10w-30 is the Heaviest oil MAZDA recomends for the fd- I run Castrol GTX 10w-30, for a HIGH milage engine 20w-50 might be appropriate.
Even on the hottest days and driving hard 10w-30 gives me 60+ psi oil pressure at 3000 rpm and 120psi above 5000rpm .
10w-40 is NOT a good choice as it has a lot of additives to produce that 30pt viscocity range from a 10w Base oil, stick to 10w-30 or 20w-50 (or 15w-50 if you decide to run MOBIL-1 full synthetic)

So magically the responses in this thread will be clearer than the hundreds already done on this subject?

After reading some of the english typed by forum members that live in the US...
oh, never mind...
