Anyone running AC with one of these Greddy V mounts mind showing how you bent your lines? I'd like to just bend them once so i don't risk breaking them. Trying not to discharge the lines and just bend to fit.

Yeah, I swapped all the blue stuff out for some 4-5 ply black couplers, even the small 90° section coolant hose, and changed all the clamps to either spring loaded or Breeze constant torque.

I got the couplers and clamps from Mandrel Bending Solutions, great selections and fair price.

Did anyone else have a problem with getting their A/C condenser to line up with the provided mounts? I think mine might be slightly warped and it cant be installed without digging into the radiator. Does anyone see a problem with using spacers to give it distance away from the radiator? Does that effect cooling at all?

Any install advice here in regards to a stock install? I understand that the battery must be relocated. Does the AST need to be deleted? Do they provide a way to remount a stock AST somewhere? I understand I'll have to get a bit creative in regards to AC lines and what not.

In regards to PCV and a catch can, how big is the vent line fitting on the Greddy intakes? I'm looking into buying a baffled oil fill neck (elite rotary shop?) as well as a good catch can (radium most likely). I was considering running one line from the oil fill neck to the can and the other to the Greddy intake. I just want to make sure that the fitting on the intake is -8 ish (1/2" hose?).

I know one member managed to mount a mini battery in the bay by moving the intercooler over a bit. Exactly how much clearance is available on the drivers side of the intercooler?

They provide some hose to relocate the AST, but IIRC they move it to where our ABS is which won't work for us. There's no vent line on the intake, I'm not sure if there's enough room to shift the IC if you are running twin.

So here's kind of my running list of things to be prepped for:

-relocate battery
-delete AST
-delete AWS
-vented catch can
-AC vac and charge supplies/tools. (Lines need to be loosened, new o rings here and there)

Does the new Greddy radiator have the nipple for the AST on it? I've read not to use the rubber caps for those so I'll need to be prepared to delete that as well.

There are three 1/8" BSPT ports (not nipples) on the top of the radiator for you to use with how you wish (temp sensor/plugs/nips).

Also, I don't think you're gonna get enough room with the twins to shift the intercooler over for a battery.

Not on the radiator but there's a nipple on the lower radiator hose metal section for the AST return line, I just run a straight hose between that and the filler neck no AST. Coolant travel through this hose basically bypass the radiator but I have not seen any negative effect on coolant temp running it this way, essentially it is the same as how GReddy intended just without an AST.

Instruction Translation

I started working on installing this kit.

So far I've installed the Efini y-pipe (and turns out this was a good decision as my original coupler already came loose once causing me to freak out right before dyno tuning!) and I spent some time yesterday running everything through Google Translate and putting it into a Google Doc and am still doing some small cleanups as I go along

I didn't do the first few pages of parts, but each page of instructions has been translated

here it is in case anyone is interested:

Awesome! thanks man. Not that I doubt your skills but I'm gonna get one of my friends from back in Japan to translate the manual and i'll post it up here when I get it. Should have my v-mount through sakebomb in a couple weeks.

Oh, I have zero skills except the ability to take a picture in Google Translate and copy-paste the output into a doc! (And then guess what it's trying to say)

You should absolutely get your friend to do a proper translation and post it up here

On another note I was having a lot of issues with getting the AC lines that go across the front of the engine routed properly -- I'm guessing this is because I have a LHD car and the kit was designed for RHD? I also have the SBG dual oil cooler kit and the thermostat is kind of in the way of the larger AC line.

Did anyone with LHD cars get the AC stuff routed well? I may just need to get some custom made lines.

I also had an issue with the efini y-pipe bolts -- the Greddy connector to the y-pipe seems to be a bit thinner than stock and the threads on the bolts don't go all the way down. So I ended up having to use some washers to make up the difference.
