Question FFE trigger wheel to Rywire harness wiring

Looking for input on the correct way to wire the hall sensor in the FFE trigger wheel into the OE style mag plugs. I made this crude illustration to show my thought process but ultimately I'm unsure if I want to get signal from REF or SYNC +. from there I figure I'll just repin one of the unused wires for switched 12V. Does trhis seem right? any input would be greatly appreciated thanks.

With FFE trigger wheel you should use REF and skip SYNC (the "sync" part in the equation is taken care of by the missing tooth). And obviously, select appropriate wheel configuration in your ECU settings.
I'm not familiar with Rywire harness, so I cannot comment on wire colors in this harness.

thank you for the quick answer! That makes a lot of sense. The rywire harness I just figured I’d mention since I’m referencing the pinout it uses

My Ludwig LMS-EFI harness diagram with FFE hall should get you directionally in the ballpark

with what FFE included

to look something like this installed

What ECU are you using? You really can't easily do what you're wanting to do, from what I gather from your post.

Sorry I guess I spaced on mentioning that. its a Haltech elite 1500.

I have made some changes since posting that previous image. My current plan is to wire up as such:
sensor side -> ECU Side
Red (12v switched) -> A Plug: Pin 13 (switched 12v ign)
White (signal to ECU) -> B Plug: Pin 1 (REF+)
Black (sensor ground) -> B Plug: Pin 15 (sensor ground)

According to the Haltech manual this seems to be the appropriate way to wire it, though they pull switched 12v from the b plug which mine currently uses to power the ECU
