good, sounded like someone's first time driving a manual. What exhaust is that, sounds good.

Lots of things could be happening to make it seem like that. Clutch, tune etc.

I know in the winter and i try to drive off right away, the car will act funny. So i wait like 4-5 minutes to make it warm up, then its completely fine.

Also seems like the torque of the 2jz is too much, its spinning its tires at that low in the RPM's LOL

Exhaust looks like the greddy evo.
