Has anyone heard the HKS hi power exhaust? (not the silent one on taka kaira, the one sold at gotham racing and RX7store.net). If so, could you let me know how it sounds? I don't want to buy an exhaust that sounds like a poppy fart can undeserving of the RX-7. Thanks, Josh

Some pictures of it here. Usually I hate the large diameter tips, too ricey, but this actually blends in very well on the black car and looks quite nice:

Overall performance is very good compared to stock. I'll be able to comment soon on how it compares to a RB dual tip since that will be the cat back which I will ultimatley purchase.
It sounds very similar to the Apex N1 however I believe it is actually louder at WOT. At idle it sounds like a tractor and at the upper end of the revband it sounds like a sport bike.
I'd not suggest this catback if you plan to use your car as a daily... unless you really like attention. It's very loud, at idle and normal drivin. At WOT it will hurt drivers next to your car. It is fun however to watch them cringe in pain as you pass them at 7800rpms!

Starting the thread over would still have the same result in a few months (since eventually it will re-develop dead links to sound clips).
Vosko has been hosting files for quite a few members. Some of you guys should ask him if he can host a file or two for you.

Does anyone have a working sound clip of the HKS Carbon-Ti (as compared to greddy EVO if possible)? or can anyone give me some comments on these two seeing as ive heard neither of them in person or even a sound clip but am stuck between these two as for which to purchase. I dont want anything ear-bleedingly loud or wet fart/ civic with a 4in fart can sounding
