What have you tried to fix the problem so far?
Does it do it just revving the motor in neutral? If so, it's just a fundamental problem with spark or fuel.
Any ECU codes? Have you changed the spark plugs? Changed the fuel filter? Fuel pressure good?

You simply aren't providing enough information for anyone to be able to assist you. From the thread above:
* Post the history of the car. When did the problem start? Has the problem been this way since you got the car?
* Post how you noticed the problem. What were you doing when you noticed the problem?
* Post what modifications have been done to the car. The more complete information you provide up front, the quicker someone can provide good assistance.

Need more info for sure!
I was having this problem right after I wired in my FJO driver for the secondaries incorrectly. Anytime I went over 30% the engine would cut terribly. Found the error in my ways, and it has been fine since.

It does it in netral or in gear i just pulled the codes i believe its 23 28 30 33 45 ive try'd 2 differnt tps both cant get into range prolly because i dnt warm it up spark plugs and wires are brand new. Also new fuel filter I bought the motor off a member of this site it was missing a few things like injectors waterpump alternator so bout all the parts did the simplified seq mod started it been trying to trouble shoot ever since

For the love of god, please speak in complete, sentences. At least try to use some punctuation - periods, commas, etc. No run-on sentences either - think before you type!
There are people who would be able to help you if they could just understand you...Here...I'll translate your post into non-retard English, maybe someone can help now:
Translation: The engine cuts out after 1/4 throttle whether the car is in neutral or in gear.
Translation: I've pulled the engine codes and it has reported: 23, 28, 30, 33, and 45.
Translation: I have tried two different TPS units but it is not reporting the correct voltage. Would this be because I did not give the engine time to warm up?
Translation: The car has new spark plugs, wires, and a recently replaced fuel filter. I bought this motor from another rx7club forum member but it was missing some parts, such as fuel injectors, the waterpump, and an alternator.
Translation: I bought and installed the missing parts and also performed the "Simplified-Sequential mod. Since I have installed the motor and performed these modifications, I have experienced the problem with the cutout after 1/4 throttle.
Now, all that aside. It sounds to me like the problem is your TPS sensor, as I suggested before. Can you give us the readings when the throttle is all the way closed and all the way open? If you have a Power FC you can follow this guide: http://www.westpennmazdaclub.com/fil...%20FD%20RX.pdf
Another thing that might be helpful to check: Are the fuel injectors OK? Did you buy them new or used? If used, did you have them flow tested first?

28 Solenoid valve - EGR
30 Solenoid valve - split air bypass
33 Solenoid valve - port air bypass
45 Solenoid valve - charge control
IIRC, 23 will put the car into limp mode with the stock ECU. Do you have a fuel thermosensor connected? Have you check the wiring?
I thought the fuel thermo sensor would throw the car into limp mode. Does anybody have a picture or wire diagram of the fuel thermosensor?? And i just relized when i did the simple seq mod i didnt put any resistors would that throw the car into limp mode Any help would be great.
On the other hand sorry for the typeing im useing a cell phone and im at work. Just rying to get some insite before i get home and start on it...

The fuel thermosensor is on the fuel rail (green sensor in the picture below). As for the others, the "45 Solenoid valve - charge control" would be only possible one of that bunch which may cause an issue; the other three would be fine to leave as is...
