IMO with that exhaust set-up you're pretty much screwed... You're missing the pre-cat already and a hi flow main cat isn't gonna help out... With #'s that far off I don't think it'll be fixable, as mine was a similar result and I ended up re-doing my whole ignition system since I had bad plugs and they were fouling FAST, but it actually was worse after that as far as the emissions test went... Do you still have your smog pump?? It would be a PITA but I'd recommend putting your stock exhaust components back on IF you still have em... IMO That would be your best bet

Just as a reference point, my car passed in Austin with stock intake, stock cat, dp, no O2 sensor, and racing beat exhaust.

Did you read the thing in the FAQ about passing emissions? You could try that stuff. Also make sure your car is fully warmed up before go to the inspection site.

You're perfectly fine with a high flow cat..... your air pump is missing from the equation. No air pump = no pass

Check to make sure your ACV is functioning properly, you'll never get an FD to pass with no air pump. It's there for a reason

Like xblazinlv said above, even though you don't have a pre-cat, you can still pass with flying colors. Depending on the mileage of your car, your ACV is probably shot. Just reattach your air pump, run a hose directly from it to the hi flow, and you should be fine. I ran that setup with a hell of a lot more mods than you and my HC reading was 7, and my CO2 with 0.02. It works.

Are you running a stock ECU? I agree with airpump comments. I have similar exhaust setup with many more mods than you have listed and pass fine (Apexi PFC) after tuning a bit. Lots of posts on this topic out here.

why don't you just bypass the arc valve, run a one way check valve to prevent exhaust in your air pump and have the air pump run all the time? If it's a airpump problem that should fix it right?????????

other than the emission test, your car still performs great right?

You don't want to run the air pump if you're not using it. It's a pain to reinstall it for smog tests, but worth having the extra space and simplicity.

My car passed here in AZ with a HF cat and no airpump. The airpump and ACV were on the car and functioning, but when I installed the cat I didnt take the cap off the air tube. I just slid a rubber hose over the airpipe in the cat, from the airpipe that connected to the acv. I went to get it emissioned, passed, and didnt even realize that I had the pipe capped until I removed my midpipe.

When i removed that cap on the air tube, it made the cat get a ton hotter (actually would glow red) and it would melt my rubber connecting pipe. So I said screw it, and recapped the thing.

For what its worth...my car was running very lean when it was emissioned, and probably contributed to the fact that I passed without a functional air injection system...But I did in fact pass!

Regards,
Brian

Well ya if you have an aftermarket ECU like a power FC, it is possible to pass with no air pump. You just pull all the fuel out of the areas they test

And remember, if your ACV is still working along with the air pump, it can still put air into the exhaust stream via the air injection tubes in the manifold I believe.

That's my next step with mine is try to tune it to pass with ALL emissions components missing.... That's not a bad idea.....
