External lubrication and an oil cooler

OK, so I went with external lubrication on my s4 motor. I then decided to add the factory oil cooler as well. I was in boost when the motor shut off. I coasted and then threw it in second and popped the clutch to restart it. The wheels locked. I got the car home and can't get the motor to turn over. I tried turning it by hand and only heard one rotor. I'm pulling it this week. Could the extra lines have caused bearing failure? Kinda wondering

external lubrication meaning ... you tapped the front side housing to do a direct feed to the bearing? if it is, then i suspect the damage you incurred was unrelated to that.
