Looks like a car fender with an aftermarket wheel of unmentioned size. I have no idea if that looks normal. What size is that wheel? What size are the tires that are on it? Typically when a suspension wears out it gets bouncy not lower!?! Who said that? Looks worn out? Who are you?

Here are some more.. The car has been sitting on a flat tire for about a year... just got new set put on the front drove around the block and herd some nasty rubbing....
I can getmy whole hand under the right tire and the fender covers the left tire.. " i cant turn Left"
Do the springs come separate or is it one assy?
Quick fix or need to down load the Tech Manual?

if those are 17's (i dont know if they are) then your suspension does seem a little low for stock. my bone stock shocks/springs are higher than the pics you posted, they are not as close to the fender. then again if those are 18's or up it may be normal to have less of a gap from the fender

Yeah they are 18's. tire size 245 40. I really just wanted to know weather the shocks usually wear down or can the spring be the problem?
Is this a common thing for one to fail?

I never had to deal with suspension before.
Im going to jack it back up today take the tires off and get a better look..

You can get a suspension just about anywhere. Brand matters more than reseller. Stick with a well known brand with a good rep.
If you're driving on the street, a high quality spring/shock combo is usually a better option than a coilover.
Why does it seem like every new owner is more concerned about skimping to save a couple bucks than taking care of their car?

It looks like your left side is riding lower than your right side...
My car does this (unfortunately) though I can't decide if it is from the guy who installed my shocks/springs being an idiot, and not setting the right hight to compensate for a driver, or from all the round-about's in the UK messing up my left side suspension..
Was there somebody in your car when these pictures were taken??

Actually shocks do leak. However they are not load bearing. Ever pressed down on a shock? It slowly and steadily goes down. It does not hold weight. If you want to see more info go to www.howstuffworks.com It is a great website that has lots of useful info on how things work. You may have a sagging spring, that is true. Just kind of uncommon. There are cars driving around that are 40 years old with 500k on them that dont have sagging springs.

I'm surprised no one has chimed in with the right answer.
The front strut mounts sag over time, moreso on the driver's side since the majority of the time there's just 1 person in the car, the driver. The spring wears into the rubber mount at the top.
Mazda has updated the part, dunno if it's better longevity-wise, but it's a VERY good idea to replace the strut mounts in the front whenever doing springs/shocks. Also, the pic in the thread you linked to showed the dust boot is torn and flopping around in there - that comes new on the new shock mounts.
This is VERY common, pretty much every FD with more than 50,000 miles will have this problem.
The stock shocks are actually REALLY good, and they're typically A-OK if they're dry and haven't been leaking oil.
The rear mounts don't seem to fail as often, but the fronts are definitely a trouble area.
